Tunisia: The Finance Act for the Year 2025 Published in the Official Gazette
The text of the Finance Act for the year 2025 was published today, Tuesday, in Issue No. 149 of the Official Gazette of the Republic of Tunisia. The act was approved by the Assembly of the Representatives of the People and the National Council of Regions and Provinces, and was submitted yesterday, Monday, to the President of the Republic for endorsement and authorization for publication.
The Assembly of the Representatives of the People approved the draft Finance Act for 2025 in its entirety on Monday, December 2. The draft was subsequently referred to the Council of Regions and Provinces, which approved it on December 4, 2025. Following this, a joint committee was formed to address the contentious provisions, which were reviewed by both councils during a general session held yesterday, Monday. The session concluded with the announcement of the completion of the review process related to the draft law.
